Looking for a quick fix?
Contrary to what many self-help books, blogs and workshops promise, coaching is not about quick fixing. Quick fixes do happen but not very often. And even when they do, they are not always sustainable.
When you want to change your patterns of thinking and behaving that have been trained and applied for years (often decades), you cannot expect that your brain will be rewired with minimal investment and a magic recipe.
Transformation starts from within and will then blossom all around. Sometimes when you are in a dark place it feels like you have been buried, but actually, you have been planted. Things are not always what they seem and creating big shifts is a process that requires focus, courage and effort. We tend to think in binary terms of yes-no, right-wrong, either-or…. However, life can be approached also in terms of “yes-and”.
Life is like a kaleidoscope, full of colors and different images showing up depending on how you look at it. Life is full of possibilities if we can stay curious and explore different perspectives.

You are the expert of your life and in our coaching session, we will look for answers that are already within you.
Society encourages us to be mainstream. Our world easily rejects intangible knowledge that is based on feelings and intuition.
In our sessions, I will strengthen your spine and soften your heart. As the Zen Buddhist teacher Joan Halifax puts it:
"If we strengthen our backs, metaphorically speaking, and develop a spine that’s flexible but sturdy, then we can risk having a front that’s soft and open…."
Inner balance and harmony
I also believe that for creating inner balance and harmony, we have to integrate all parts of our life and our personality.
For this, I will explore your darkness with you: your fears, your pain and the parts of you that you believe are not acceptable.
This seems counter-intuitive at first as we often equate darkness with bad and evil.
However, our darkness is natural and essential: it contains our power and our most precious gifts. Becoming aware of our darkness is healing and transformational. When we hold the balance of our opposites, we embody wholeness.
In my coaching, I acknowledge diversity.
In our sessions, I will be mindful of both your cultural heritage and mine. Culture tells us stories how things work, what the norm is and how they should be.
The purpose of this conditioning is to maintain order. It is a pressure of the collective on the individual, limiting the “inside” from the “outside”.
Our cultural belief systems shape in a very unconscious way our values and beliefs and influence our thoughts and behaviors.
A good comprehension of your cultural blueprint helps you understand who you are. In our conversations, I encourage you to disentangle from these stories to create your own narrative.
I invite you to get curious about your culture and society of origin and to question the information that has been handed down over generations. I want you to live your life from the inside-out instead of from the outside-in.

Our thoughts and attitudes influence our physical wellbeing and our health is not just freedom of symptoms but rather a spectrum of wellbeing and wholeness. In my holistic approach, I often use tools from various disciplines to help you connect your mind, your body and your soul: Non Violent Communication, Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Therapy and Internal Family Systems among others.
